This is a great article, and I enjoyed reading the posted comments as well. There's many ND alum and concerned Catholics here in Dallas who want to help in the effort to reform Notre Dame. My husband and I were at the ND Reponse Rally, and we also heard Fr. Corapi speak later that night. It was wonderful. Fr. Miscamble would make a great new President of ND! Even though we were at the Rally, before we left town we also helped to organize a Rosary for Life at our Church in Dallas at the same time as the commencement. About 200 people attended to show their support of the ND Response Students! Also, local Catholic Radio interviewed us a few times before the commencement and wants to interview us again to help spread the word about needed reform at ND. Some have suggested that we request that Bishop D'Arcy audit ND to determine to what extent it is in compliance with Catholic teaching. If violations are observed, then the school could be suspended or placed on probation from the Catholic Directory of schools until it comes back into compliance.
